In the Required Customer Information sub-group of the "Other Settings" panel, you can define what customer information will be required to be filled out prior to utilizing the facility.
- Require Phone from external customers: When defined as YES, external customers will be required to have a phone number on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Title from external customers: When defined as YES, external customers will be required to have a title on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Billing Address for external customers: When defined as YES, external customers will be required to have a billing address on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Shipping Address for external customers: When defined as YES, external customers will be required to have a shipping address on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Phone from internal customers: When defined as YES, internal customers will be required to have a phone number on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Title from internal customers: When defined as YES, internal customers will be required to have a title on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
- Require Billing Address for internal customers: When defined as YES, internal customers will be required to have a billing address on their account before they can view or request any services within the facility.
